Neverland | The theatre was transformed into a ship straight out of the story, Peter Pan. A mixture of a fantasy and decadence embellished every nook and cranny of the magical ship.
The Details | Twinkling lights felt like stars in the night sky. From a helm to a treasure chests, each detail tied the ship fantasy together.
The Tables | The tables were uniquely adorned with various florals and props. Each place had an indulgent mix of colors and textures that made the night feel extravagant.
The Fundraiser | The two key components of the evenings fundraising were; the silent auction and sponsorships. Auction items were displayed in a decorative manner, blending in with the theme. The sponsorships were also tastefully integrated into the evenings décor and graphics. The integration kept the fantasy alive and the sponsors represented.
The Sponsors | Sponsored fueled the evening. Logos were integrated in the decor and graphics to honor the hero companies of the night.
The Entertainment | As one would imagine, a night hosted by the theatre meant the entertainment was fantastic. The room filled with Peter Pan characters. Exciting entrances, impressive performances and lively banter kept the crowd engaged and laughing. Creativity was alive and well that night, giving the guests even more reason to support the cause.
The Bites | Catered by Adriatic Grill, the food felt rustic but refined. Each plate was suited for a banquet in Neverland.
